So, who are we?
We are Melissa and Penny, friends for a long time. We are Moms who were frustrated trying to find fun affordable fun items for our girls. We wanted more than the standard bow. Another friend said we should open a shop. After some thought we decided to give it a try. We started out with a handful of beanie hats, 11 bucket hats and a couple snap clip designs. We weren't sure if people would like our hats or not.
Well, since then we have been very humbled. Beb-e-ssentials has taken off in a huge way. We have been fortunate to be so busy it is sometimes hard to stay caught up. Over 100 bucket hats later, we are keeping it fresh with new designs and styles. It is so fun watching little girls and boys wearing the hats and hair clips that we have made. Our favorite purchase was a mirror so the little ones could see themselves, one look in the mirror and it is priceless.
Since our hats were so well received, we felt the need to do more. We feel very blessed and decided that we needed to bless others as well. We have been involved in several fund raising events and benefits. That has opened yet another door to us, we have launched a new division of Beb-e-ssentials called Hats of Hope. Information is coming to our website soon. You will see why we are so excited to be involved in this endeavour.
